july 5, 2009: pic #3 of 5: ted's liquor on larpenteur just off of lexington, st paul mn. wish those neon lights were lit up
Teds is a classic. I lived in Como Park for years. Nick who owns the Happy Gnome almost purchased Teds for its outside qualities. Inside it's just a horrible dive. I've been to my share of dive bars in NE but Teds is just depressing. I could see the building in NE or some other area in Mpls. It just seems so misfit in Como Park. I hear there is a CVS that most likely will go in there. By the way, there have been a lot of movies shot from in front of Teds.
