Jean-Michel Basquiat

August 23, 2011:  At least someone in Raleigh is a fan of Jean-Michel Basquiat. I'm posting three photos of this so you can get a sense of what the lights are like in the Free Expression Tunnel...completely covered for the most part, leaving very little light in the tunnel. I found this etched into one of the lighting covers.
